Who is McNally and Associates?

We are a boutique residential real estate team helping clients achieve their real estate goals in the Bay Area. We are a group of women who specialize in different markets across the Bay Area, while following a custom process that allows us to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals efficiently.

What Makes us different?

Something unusual (and great!) about our team is we can call ourselves true Bay Area experts. We each specialize in different markets and cover a majority of all Bay Area counties. For example, our CEO and founder Olivia McNally was born in Redding, but has lived in San Mateo since she was 2-3 years old. Having grown up in San Mateo County and beginning her real estate career in San Francisco, she is a true expert in BOTH areas!

Melissa Radtke is originally from Mill Valley, but lived in San Francisco for a number of years! She now resides in San Mateo county and is our go-to for our SF, Marin, San Mateo County, Oakland, and even South Bay clients!

Teagan Strong is an East Bay native, who grew up in Alameda County. She offers coverage in the East Bay, and South bay!

We are as dynamic as our market is, and when it comes to your real estate journey, having local experts with deep knowledge of the areas you are living in is so important in this competitive Bay Area Market.

1. Virtual Meetings - We are hosting virtual buyer consultations and listing appointments via Zoom. This allows us to be "face-to-face," while also maintaining a safe physical distance.
   
   
2. Virtual Home Tours - Have a home to sell or want to buy? We are offering virtual showings and home tours so you can still tour the properties you love.
   
   
3. Interactive Video Showings - We can take buyers on a virtual journey through a home with sight, sound, and motion. Get all of your questions answered in real-time, just like an in- person Open House!
   
   
4. Virtual Neighborhood Walks - Take a tour of the neighborhood with virtual neighborhood walks so you can get a 360 degree neighborhood video showcase.
   
   
5. Live streams - We are doing Live streams on our Social Media platforms with different guest speakers, so you can ask questions and stay informed during these unprecedented times.
