This Just in! Updates for Conforming Loan limits and Interest Rates

This week, we are joined by Belana Chechelnitsky of Wells Fargo to talk about the new Conforming Loan limits, and what is going on with interest rates as of December 2023. Yes, interest rates have gone up, but we did see a small dip earlier this month with rates expected to go up again mid December. The good news with the new conforming loan limits is there are options for buyers with less percent down to buy at a higher price point- which is amazing!
