Summer Vacation Clips 2023
First solo trip with these two boys of mine… I haven’t taken a vacation in years and have never taken a real vacation with my boys. I decided it was time and boy did I learn a lot and also gain a ton that I never expected Beach days and nights in Southern California are Epic! Warm beaches, soft sand, evening swims while the sun sets is exactly what we needed
Monitoring expectations helps us predict volatility in the bond market. When inflation is expected to come in higher than usual, we proceed with caution. July’s Consumer Price Index (CPI) showed that inflation rose 0.2%, with this monthly reading coming in just below estimates. Mortgage rates jumped again last week.
