Dia De Los Muertos Celebration
- Date: November 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th
- Location: San Mateo County History Museum
- In front of the museum, Courthouse Square will be decorated with sugar skulls, marigolds, and lights. Dancers, artists, and musicians will perform. Traditional food will be available for purchase. Entertainment on the Square will go from 3:30 to 8:30 PM.

- Inspired by the science of light, IlluminOdyssey is an immersive, interactive installation that will mesmerize kids and adults of all ages*. CuriOdyssey’s four-level Redwood Hall will transform into a glowing forest of science—light your way through a maze of luminous botanical geometry, play with rainbow refraction and swirling projections, paint with light on phosphorescent surfaces, and dance with your shadow.

- Ready to brave the waters for Special Olympics Northern California? On November 2, join the San Mateo County Polar Plunge, a fun dip, skip or jump into the Bay for a great cause! Hosted locally by San Mateo County Law Enforcement agencies, the Polar Plunge is a global Special Olympics fundraising tradition where festive supporters splash into chilly waters in support of our athletes and mission. Gather your friends for this inaugural event and come join the fun
