Teagan’s career ambitions sprouted in her early days as a sales associate, where she quickly became a top-performing employee bringing in over $1 million in sales annually. Today, you’ll find her skillfully managing McNally & Associates’ backend, all with the same fervor and tenacity from those early days at Nordstrom. In spite of her career wins, it’s not all about dollar signs for Teagan. It’s really her love for people which led her to this point in her career.

“I have always had a passion for helping people,” Teagan said when asked about her career of choice. “I knew that I wanted to be in a profession where people were the focus and I could make a difference in their lives, no matter how big or small.”

In light of the cut-throat ethos of the sales industry, Teagan feels it’s her integrity that sets her apart. She shares, “I feel that it is difficult to find honest, genuine people in the sales profession.”

When it comes to her diverse role at McNally & Associates, Teagan has one aspiration behind it--to learn everything she can about the business, all while helping people’s real estate dreams materialize. With her passion for people and strong savvy for sales, she has high hopes of becoming the go-to agent in the Bay Area. A dream that is not far fetched with her track record.

When Teagan isn’t busy helping clients achieve their real estate dreams, you can find her whipping up a mouthwatering dish in the kitchen or jogging around the waterfront. She currently lives in Redwood City with her husband and cats.
