Happy first month of 2021! I hope you had a wonderful New Year, and have had a chance to set your intentions, and reset your visions for the coming months. 

With Spring upon us (Crazy, right?!) there are so many wonderful changes; Flowers are blooming, and the days are getting longer- signaling warmer days ahead!

Now that Spring Equinox is almost here, it is time to get your home in tip-top Springtime shape! Here are the top items we recommend our clients do each Spring, to ensure they are keeping their homes safe and secure for all the Seasons ahead:

-Clean Gutters and Downspouts
-Reseal Exterior Woodwork
-Check for signs of Termites and treat immediately
-Inspect Roof
-Paint Exterior
-Inspect Driveways and Paths
-Check Sprinkler and Irrigation System
-Prevent Mosquitoes by getting rid of any standing water around your home
-Check Screen Doors and Windows
-Schedule a duct cleaning appointment and air conditioning service, if applicable

Also, If you made a vision board for the New Year, now is a great time to start looking at it daily (if you don't already) and note the items you want to accomplish before Summer is here. Once Summer arrives, you'll have 6 short months to achieve the other items on your list!
